WALLINGFORD - Anna C. Valenti, 94, beloved wife of the late Andrew "Bill" Valenti, departed this life on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at her residence in Wallingford.
Anna was born on November 23, 1920 in New Haven, CT, daughter of the late Edward and Lucretia (Dwyer) Gallagher. She was a loving homemaker most of her life taking wonderful care of her family and home. She was also active at the Wallingford Senior Center.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Andrew Valenti and his wife Shelly of Meriden, Robert Valenti and his wife Therese of Wallingford, and Nola Pasha and her husband Mohammad of Cheshire. She also leaves a sister Eleanor Schwab of Texas, a sister-in-law Jean Valenti of Wallingford, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by two sisters: Mae Valentine and Dorothy Dougherty.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, July 30th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the B. C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm St., Wallingford. A service will follow in the funeral home at 11 AM.
