Martin Jolin Tribute

Martin Jolin, 94, passed away on April 8, 2024, with his loving partner Michele Rochette by his side.
Martin was born on December 12, 1929 in Thetford Mines, QC to the late Antonio Jolin and Yvonne Cloutier. He had 2 sisters Jeanne Baehr and Pauline Schilling, also deceased.
Martin served honorably and proudly in the Navy. When Martin was Honorably Discharged, he went on to a career in Engineering until retiring in 1998.
He has been an active member of the Bristol Korean War Vets, The Bristol American Legion and The Bristol Elks. He has also been a daily active member of The Bristol Senior Center where he has made many wonderful friends and has attended many functions in the past 13 years.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16th 2024, at the Bailey Funeral Home of Plainville, 48 Broad St., Plainville, Connecticut. A prayer service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on THURSDAY, April 18th in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Plainville.
Memorial donations can be made in Martin's name to The Bristol Senior Center, 240 Stafford Ave., Bristol, CT 06010.
