WALLINGFORD- Cheryl Ann Close, 58, departed this life on January 16, 2022 at The Quinnipiac Valley Center in Wallingford. She was the beloved daughter of John A and the late Frances A. (Meliso) Close.

Cheryl was born in New Haven,CT on August 18, 1963 to John and Frances.

Cheryl is survived by her loving father John A. Close and her brother John J. Close.

Friends and family may call on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 9:30-10:30AM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm Street, Wallingford. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM at Most Holy Trinity Church, 84 North Colony Street, Wallingford followed by interment at St. John Cemetery.
