MIDDLETOWN - It is with deep sorrow that we share that Jaimie Lynne Schreier passed away unexpectedly on November 10th, 2021. She was born on January 5th, 1977, in New Britain General Hospital to parents Charles Schreier and her late mother, Patricia Gay. Jaimie attended Mercy as well as Cromwell High School and attended school for computer science postgraduate.
Jaimie was a strong mother and a proud grandmother who loved to spend time with her two grandchildren, bringing them to the farm or local parks. She loved to cook big dinners and was an amazing chef. Her favorite time of the year was winter because she LOVED Christmas and the joy it brought to have the family all together. She also loved to read Johanna Lindsey books and take long drives with the family to beaches or anywhere as long as they could make memories all together.
She is survived by her beloved family: including her husband Chauncey Robertson and her children Junior, Caiou, Chauncey (Boogie) and Kailey as well as her grandchildren, Sahrye and Sylus Askew. She is also survived by her father and stepmother, Charles and Karen Schreier and her Siblings: Kelly Bryant, Charles Schreier and Heather Davis.
A public visitation will be held at the Doolittle Funeral Home, 14 Old Church St, Middletown, on Wednesday morning, November 17, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A PRIVATE burial will follow. Those attending the visitation will be asked to follow COVID-19 safety measures. Masks will be required, and social distancing will be mandatory.
