WALLINGFORD - Joel Sean Moore of Wallingford passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on June 25, 2023 at Midstate Medical Center. He was the only child of the late Joel F. Moore and Gail Pantalena. He is survived by daughter Ashley, two grandsons and longtime devoted friend Cindy.
Joel, commonly referred to as Sean, made a living as a painter. He established his own painting company, Budget Painting, where he coined the nickname "Budget." As a long time resident of Wallingford, he acquired many friendships with members of the Wallingford P.D., including dear friend Phil Coleman. Despite being chronically ill for the last few years, he always had a positive attitude and was quick to crack a joke with his unique and sarcastic sense of humor. His grandsons were his pride and joy and he made sure anyone who crossed his path knew that.

The B.C. Bailey Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements, which will be private.
