WALLINGFORD - Judith Lee Fraser, 68, departed this life on February 24, 2020 at the Regency House of Wallingford. Judith was born in Meriden, CT on March 6, 1951 to the late Lawrence Fraser and surviving mother Clara (Berry) Fraser.

Judith is also survived by her brothers Lawrence and David, sister Patricia Parker, their spouses and many nieces and nephews. She has 2 daughters Julie Okenquist and Hazel Martin. She was gifted with 4 grandchildren, Logan Gdovin, Dylan and Moriah Okenquist, Noah Martin and her son in law Stephen who she truly loved. She was loved and cherished by her family and so many friends. She had a smile that everyone loved and will miss. We can find comfort in her cherished beliefs as one of Jehovah's Witnesses of the resurrection hope found in God’s Word the Holy Bible.
