NEW BRITAIN - Sabrina (Thaxton) Finch, born on March 29, 1979, to Darlene (Bear) Thaxton and the late Conrad Thaxton, tragically left this world on December 30, 2023, at the age of 44. She was a resident of New Britain, her beloved hometown, and the place where she entered the world.
Sabrina was a compassionate soul who dedicated her life to caring for others as exemplified in her work as a home health aide providing comfort and support to her brother after a devastating motorcycle accident. She poured her heart into aiding his recovery, showcasing her unwavering dedication to her family. She cared for anyone who came into her home, even if she was just meeting you for the first time.
Beyond her role as a caregiver, Sabrina possessed a vibrant spirit and a zest for life. She found joy in various activities, such as roller skating, hula hooping, cooking, dancing around, experimenting with colorful hair, and making bracelets for children. These hobbies brought out her playful nature and reminded those around her to embrace the simple pleasures that make life beautiful.
In addition to her mother, Sabrina's memory will forever be cherished by her precious children: Kali Thaxton of Litchfield, McKayla Thaxton of Cave City, Angelina Denton of Hayesville, and Willaim Denton of Hayesville, who were the light of her life. Though she faced an untimely demise, the love she shared with them will endure in their hearts forever. Sabrina's memory will forever be cherished by her two brothers Conrad Thaxton Jr of Brownsville, and Michael Thaxton of New Britain. Sabrina is predeceased by her son Zachary Finch Jr.
