Sylvia Hall Morrison

MERIDEN - Sylvia H. Morrison, 98, departed this life on May 8, 2016 at The Curtis Home in Meriden. She was the wife of the late Ernest L. Morrison.
Sylvia was born in Wallingford in 1917, daughter of the late A. B. Hall Sr. and Gertrude H. Hall.
She was a lifelong resident of Wallingford prior to moving to Madison in 1972. She graduated from Lyman Hall High School as Valedictorian of her class. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Madison and the Agnes Dickinson Lee Chapter of the D.A.R.
Sylvia is survived by three sons, John L. Morrison of Palm Beach, FL, Robert B. Morrison of Madison and Richard S. Morrison of East Haven, two daughters, Margaret Charney of East Haddam and Jane Farrell of Wallingford, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 13th at 11:00 am at the First Congregational Church of Madison, 26 Meetinghouse Lane, Madison. Burial will be at In Memoriam Cemetery, Wallingford.
